Warranty Policy
The flooring we sell is warranted by its manufacturer. If you have a warranty issue, call us at 888-283-0704, and we will help you work through the process.
MariDeck vinyl flooring
MariDeck flooring carries a two-year limited warranty, prorated from the date of purchase. It covers the original retail purchaser when the floor is installed to MariDeck’s published instructions with MariDeck adhesive. Read the full MariDeck warranty (PDF).
DuraVinyl flooring
DuraVinyl flooring carries a ten-year limited warranty from the manufacturer. It covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use, for the original purchaser. However, it does not cover damage from improper installation or cleaning, or gradual fading from excessive sunlight. Report any manufacturing defect within 60 days of purchase, and keep your proof of purchase.
Before you install
Both manufacturers expect you to inspect the material before you cut or install it. Therefore, check the color, pattern and size as soon as your order arrives.
Keeping your floor looking good
- Clean MariDeck flooring with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft deck brush, then rinse well. Use bleaching cleaners only as a last resort, because they can fade the printed pattern.
- Vacuum or hose off DuraVinyl weekly, and clean it with mild soap and a soft brush.
- Do not power wash DuraVinyl, and avoid harsh cleaners and solvents.
