Free shipping on orders over $75
Orders over $75 ship free within the continental United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $15. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or outside the United States.
Where your order ships from
Every order ships directly from the manufacturer’s factory. Therefore, if you order flooring and adhesive together, they may arrive in separate boxes on different days.
When your order ships
MariDeck orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. DuraVinyl orders usually ship within 2 to 7 business days. After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder, or call us at 888-283-0704.
Please double-check your address, because we cannot deliver to a PO Box.
Large orders
Large orders may ship by truck, or be split into several boxes and shipped by UPS and FedEx.
When your order arrives
Open and inspect your order right away, so we can fix any problem before your installation. Check the color, pattern and size before you cut anything. Also, keep DuraVinyl rolled face out, and keep adhesives from freezing.
