If we made a mistake
If we sent the wrong material or the wrong length, we will make it right at no cost to you. Call us at 888-283-0704 and we will arrange the return.
If you change your mind
You can return uncut material within 30 days of delivery. Please call us first at 888-283-0704 before you send anything back. You pay the return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee applies.

What we cannot accept
- Vinyl flooring that has been cut to length, trimmed, glued or installed. Since we cut vinyl to your order, a cut length cannot be returned.
- Adhesive that has been opened or used.
- MariDeck MD-102 solvent-based adhesive. Shipping companies list it as HAZMAT, so it is nonreturnable.
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, call us right away, so we can get the right product to you quickly. Do not cut or install material that has a problem, because manufacturers do not accept claims on material that has been cut or installed.
